Noboa's repression begins in Ecuador

The beginning of repression turned into a fight against insecurity is an old trick used by rulers since the time of Rome. Its central axis is the persecution of all those the ruler considers dangerous. Dangerous can range from threats to politics to enemies of security.
This is precisely why Jesus of Nazareth was crucified alongside two thieves. Crucification, the most impressive form of torture known to humanity, was a punishment to create terror and was used against Spartacus and the gladiators who accompanied him, crowding the Appian Way, for rebelling against the Roman Empire. In the case of Jesus of Nazareth, it was used to punish a Jew who opposed slavery, and who told Pontius Pilate that Rome may own the lands, labor, and wealth of Judea but cannot own human beings or their souls. To this end, he uttered the phrase "TO CAESAR WHAT BELONGS TO CAESAR AND TO GOD WHAT BELONGS TO GOD." This meant that taxes belonged to Caesar, but the spirit, mind, and life of human beings could not be the property of any emperor. He said this after the priests and merchants of the Temple of Jerusalem had turned the temple into a market where money and gold were more important than the human soul. This was something Moses fought against when he attacked the golden bull that the Jewish people worshipped on their pilgrimage to escape Egypt, where gold was more valuable than human life, and human life could be bought and sold because, like Rome, they were slave-owning empires. Holy Week, which reminds Christians of the fight against slavery and torture, ends with the so-called Easter Sunday, which is when Jesus conquers death, which is actually conquering oblivion, and this was possible in all religions with writing, since with the gluttony of Jesus, Buddha conquered death in China and India centuries before, Muhammad ascended to heaven from Jerusalem, thousands of martyrs and saints of these religions continue to ascend to heaven, that is, to immortality thanks to writing that was able to preserve their memory for centuries, at a time when few knew how to read and write, Today, thanks to the internet, cell phones, photography, video, printing, religions, art, politics, sports, etc., it is possible to live without time, whether in memory of family, friends, enemies, neighbors, it can be said that the majority of human beings have managed to reach heaven, that is, immortality, and this immaterial immortality is progressively becoming material mortality thanks to the advances in Medicine, nutrition, etc., which now allows entire countries to have life expectancies for human beings that are double the average human lifespan in Jesus' time.
But repression, torture, and terror, which have always been used to subjugate populations, countries, and neighboring or distant kingdoms, have become more sophisticated. Now, the media are used, through so-called information warfare or cyberwarfare; tariffs are very useful in trade wars; satellite tracking is used to direct drones, missiles, and other war vehicles; repression, imprisonment, and deportation are used as a means of torture. The objective of torture is suffering for as long as possible, so that it serves as a warning to future generations. However, since the times of Rome and Jesus of Nazareth, justice, propaganda, and fear have been used as the spearhead of torture, of terror from power, which is called in many ways according to the ruler or the rich. In the United States and Europe, the new form of torture is called deportation. In countries like Ecuador, the new form of torture is called the war on drug trafficking, the war on political opposition, and crime. In Russia, it is called the war on Ukraine. In Haiti, it is called banditry. In Israel's war in Palestine, it is called revenge, attacks on the civilian population, expulsion, and mass destruction of cities. Finally, migration and exile. Taxes are forms of torture, like in Rome, only now it is possible against hundreds of thousands of human beings.
In Ecuador, as in the United States, the rich have seized power. For them, human life and nature are the target they want to export, and the poor are the target they want to become richer and more powerful. But they are faced with human beings who live immortality—that is, prolonged memory, continuous learning, real-time communication, the transportation revolution, energy production, and the use of natural resources. The exploration and use of outer space of this planet, the Moon and even other planets, the view from space is changing everything, even the old perception of time, space, power, wealth and even life and Earth.
