Ecuador is experiencing massive repentance among its population, caused by the last two elections, in which the government has been occupied by physically or mentally disturbed people, but who have come to power using electoral campaigns, which, as in the United States, can place convicted criminals such as Donald Trump in power, in a country that boasts that no one is above the law, except Donald Trump, or in an underdeveloped country like Ecuador, sick or physically and mentally deteriorated people. Ecuador has had a very significant population of physically and mentally ill or deteriorated people for the last 500 years since the Spanish conquerors altered the use and exploitation of the land, and although they introduced livestock and crops such as barley, wheat, fruit, or sugar cane, the natives were subjected to feudal labor, that is, they were given small plots called huapangos to cultivate and raise animals. The lack of animal protein and iodine produced an epidemic of endemic cretinism in the mountains, which was accompanied by plagues such as polio or rabies, while on the coast, parasitosis, communicable diseases, and poor water quality produced a chronic frequency of diseases, especially water-borne diseases, such as malaria, hepatitis, yellow fever, until the arrival of cholera in the late 1980s, especially diarrhea that caused child malnutrition and frequently death. Until the revolution of antibiotics and vaccines after World War II, the coast of Ecuador was always smaller than that of the Sierra, but since the 1990s this has changed, and now the population of the coast is larger.
The presence of cretins in the markets and cities of the Andes, together with malnourished children who invade the cities at Christmas to beg with their families, or malnourished children in the schools of the coast, as a result of communicable diseases, created a population with little brain development, who have now become violent criminals.
Meanwhile, in the middle and upper classes, the problem of accidents and vices, as well as inbreeding, that is, marriage between relatives, which was common among the elites of Europe, produced the frequent appearance of disabled people, such as President Lenín Moreno, or old people in the government of the country, with marked physical and mental deterioration such as Guillermo Lasso, but at the moment, Ecuador is governed by a young autistic man.
Autism in Ecuador is different from autism in the United States, in that autistic people in the United States can become geniuses like Elon Musk or Bill Gates, in Ecuador they become serial killers, depraved people, or they can even be presidents like Daniel Noboa, and others who have gone from being capricious rich children to despotic rulers.
Daniel Noboa had no problem flouting international law and the agreements signed by Ecuador, to invade the Mexican Embassy with the army and the police, which is openly a violation of the territory of another country, much larger and more powerful than Ecuador, to arrest an Ecuadorian refugee, protected by that country, as was the former vice president of Ecuador Jorge Glas, but in addition, today he has no qualms about temporarily dismissing his vice president, who like him, was elected by popular vote in the elections that he won using a false appearance.
But the most dramatic aspect of his government is the use of deception, the police, the army, the laws, the media, and public funds to deceive and manipulate Ecuadorians, all thanks to the fact that he considers himself a superior human being, having been born in the United States, studied in the United States, and being a young multimillionaire since he is the son of the richest man in the country, Alvaro Noboa, the largest banana exporter in the world.
Finally, Noboa's lack of foresight has led Ecuador to an energy crisis originally caused by climate change and the drought affecting Ecuador and Brazil, countries on the South American Equator, but which in Ecuador was accompanied by the neglect of electric power plants, added to the non-compliance with the electrification plan created by the Correa government, which should have created 8 more hydroelectric plants in these last 8 years to supply a country with explosive population growth and energy needs.
This neglect occurred because Daniel Noboa had concentrated all the country's resources and a war called the Internal Armed Conflict, and even increased taxes, to carry out this war on drug trafficking, which is failing, to such an extent that, during the 15 months of his government, Ecuador has become the largest exporter of cocaine to Europe, precisely in many of the ships of his shipping fleet, in the country, the most violent in South America, one of the most violent in the world, and Duran, a city of 500,000 inhabitants opposite Guayaquil, which share the Gulf of Guayaquil, is the most violent city in the world, despite all the deployment of police and soldiers in the country, the frequent curfews, the handing over of military bases to American advisers in Manta and the Galapagos, the presence of the DEA, the FBI, Europol, the military management of prisons, the frequent military presence in the streets, the use of the courts and the media at its disposal, since it has 3 public television channels, Gamavisión, Telecentro and Ecuador TV, which it manages at will, as well as the Attorney General of the Nation, but above all it has the support of the United States ambassadors. This calls into question the fact that the electoral system of the United States and Ecuador, through direct and secret voting, prior electoral campaigns, the use of the media for propaganda, the permission to create and distribute false news and advertising, have become a handicap of the electoral democracy of both countries, which has allowed, in the case of the United States, the bringing to power of a convicted criminal, who uses the presidency of the United States to evade justice, and in the case of Ecuador, of disabled patients or mentally disturbed multimillionaires, who use the army, the police, the elections and the media, to fulfill their whims as a rich Latin American kid or a vain old man from the Third World.
